BEL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025: Applications open for Assistant Trainee and Technician-C posts, salary up to Rs 90,000..

The online application process for recruitment to a total of 162 Engineering Assistant Trainee and Technician-C positions at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has begun. Candidates interested in working at BEL can apply online. BEL will recruit for a total of 80 Engineering Assistant Trainee positions and 82 Technician-C positions. The deadline for applying for these positions is November 4, 2025.

Educational Qualifications
To apply for the Engineering Assistant Trainee position, candidates must have a three-year diploma in engineering from a recognized institution in India. Additionally, to apply for the Technician-C position, candidates must have an SSLC or ITI certificate and an apprenticeship certificate.

Salary Scale
Candidates selected for the Engineering Assistant Trainee position will receive a salary ranging from ₹24,500 to ₹90,000 per month, and candidates applying for the Technician-C position will receive a salary ranging from ₹21,500 to ₹82,000 per month.

Age Limit
The minimum age for applying for these positions is 18 years, and the maximum age is 28 years. Age relaxation is also available. SC and ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, OBC candidates a 3-year relaxation, and candidates with disabilities a 10-year relaxation.

Selection Method
Candidates will be selected through a written examination. The written examination will include questions from General Aptitude and Teaching Trade Aptitude, totaling 150 marks.

Application Fee
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS candidates is Rs 590, while SC/ST and differently-abled candidates are exempted from the application fee.
