What are the qualifications for Zonal Head and Regional Head?
Zonal Head (Retail)
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university or institution. An MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with 60% marks is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM, etc., are also considered advantageous.

Candidates must possess at least 15 years of experience in sales management within wealth management, retail banking, or an AMC. This must include at least five years of experience leading a team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads.

Regional Head
A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this post. An MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with 60% marks and relevant professional certifications are preferred.

At least 12 years of experience in relationship management is required. Experience in wealth management with major public sector, private, or foreign banks, wealth management companies, or AMCs is preferred. At least five years of experience leading a large team of Relationship Managers or working as a Team Lead is mandatory.

What is required for the Relationship Manager - Team Lead post?
The age limit for this post is 28 to 42 years. Candidates must be graduates. An MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with 60% marks is required; qualifications such as CFP, CFA, or relevant NISM certifications are preferred.

Candidates must have at least eight years of experience in relationship management. Experience in wealth management, major public, private, or foreign banks, broking or securities firms, or Asset Management Companies (AMCs) is preferred. Experience as a team lead is also an added advantage.

What are the qualifications for Investment Specialist and Investment Officer?
For both these positions, a postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in relevant subjects, or a professional qualification like CA/CFA, is mandatory. Investment Specialist
The age limit is 28 to 42 years. At least six years of post-qualification experience is required. Candidates should have worked as an investment advisor, consultant, or officer, or as part of a product team in a wealth management company or AMC.

Investment Officer
The age limit is 28 to 40 years. At least four years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory. Experience working as an investment advisor, consultant, or officer, or in a product team, is valid. Qualifications such as CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, Research Analyst certification, and NISM 21-A are preferred.

What are the requirements for VP (Wealth) and AVP (Wealth)?
VP (Wealth)
The age limit for this position is 26 to 42 years. A bachelor's degree is mandatory. An MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, along with qualifications like NISM, CFP, or CFA, is preferred.

At least six years of experience in sales and marketing within major public, private, or foreign banks, wealth management companies, or AMCs is required. Experience as a Relationship Manager is preferred. AVP – Wealth
The age limit for this position is 23 to 35 years. Candidates holding a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. A postgraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or Banking, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.

Will there be a written exam for the SBI recruitment?
No... There will be no written online examination for this recruitment.
The selection process will be entirely evaluation-based.
The bank will first shortlist the candidates.
Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
The personal interview will carry 100 marks.

However, merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the interview. A committee constituted by the bank will shortlist candidates based on its established standards.

What is the tenure of the job, and what are the exit rules?
The initial contract period will be five years.
It may be extended by another four years, subject to the bank's discretion and stipulated terms.

Alternatively, the contract may be terminated by paying two months' remuneration instead of notice.
