Additionally, candidates must have five years of experience in the field of loan sourcing/processing or MSME loans, with at least three of those years spent working as a Relationship Manager.
Candidates applying for the Data Scientist post must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized institution or university. Furthermore, candidates should possess three years of experience working as a Data Scientist with a bank, financial institution, or large database; strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar; proficiency in data visualization tools like SAS, Tableau, and Power BI; experience in building predictive models to forecast future outcomes; and excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Age Limit
For the Senior Relationship Manager post, the minimum age limit is 28 years, and the maximum age limit is 38 years. Meanwhile, the maximum age limit for the Data Scientist post has been set at 35 years. For both positions, age will be calculated as of June 30. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted relaxation in the maximum age limit in accordance with the rules.
