The salary for these posts will be provided under Level 5 of the Pay Matrix. Accordingly, selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹29,200 to ₹92,300, determined based on the specific post and department.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the prescribed educational qualifications relevant to the respective post.
Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III): A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, along with a Diploma in Stenography. Librarian: A Bachelor's degree along with a degree or diploma in Library Science.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): A Bachelor's degree and a diploma of at least six months in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
To apply, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government rules.

The application fee has been prescribed according to the category:
Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes (APST): ₹150
Unreserved Category: ₹200
However, candidates belonging to the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category are exempted from paying the application fee.
