Applications for Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havildar (Central Bureau of Indirect Taxes and Customs and Central Bureau of Narcotics) Exam 2024 by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) have started today, Thursday. Applications for Stenographer Grade C and D Exam 2024 are likely to start from July 26 next month.

Age Limit

In this vacancy, the age of the candidates has been kept in two categories, in the first 18 years to 25 years and in the second 18 years to 27 years. Let us tell you that the cutoff of these posts will also be different. Apart from this, SC and ST category candidates will get 5 years of relaxation in the maximum age limit and OBC will get 3 years of relaxation.

Application Fee

The selection process for the post of Havildar

For this post, the commission will first conduct a computer-based written exam, then the candidates who pass the exam will have to undergo a physical test, after which their physical standard test will be taken.

Keep in mind that for the post of Havildar, the height of a man should be 157.5 cm, the height of a woman should be 152 cm and the weight should be at least 48 kg. On the other hand, the chest of a man should be 81 cm and there should be 5 cm expansion separately.

Rules for the physical standard test for Havildar

Male candidates will have to walk 1600 meters in 15 minutes while women will have to run a 1 km race in 20 minutes.
