**What are the Essential Qualifications for Application?**
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university established by law in India. Additionally, it is mandatory to hold a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, an NIELIT/DOEACC 'O' Level Certificate, or a CCC Certificate.
Candidates must possess knowledge of data entry, word processing, and computer operations, and must demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in English.
For the RO and ARO posts, the candidate's age must be between 21 and 35 years. Conversely, for the Computer Assistant post, the minimum age has been set at 18 years and the maximum age at 35 years. For the position of Computer Assistant, only candidates who are under 21 years of age as of July 1, 2026, will be considered.

Regarding the application fee, a fee of ₹1,200 has been prescribed for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories, whereas candidates from Uttar Pradesh belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Women categories are required to pay a fee of ₹1,000.
