AAI has started the recruitment process for the posts of Junior Executive. The application process has started today i.e., 28 August 2025, and interested candidates can apply online by visiting its official website www.aai.aero. The last date to apply for these posts has been fixed as 27 September 2025.
A total of 976 posts are to be recruited and most of these posts are for those youth who have studied engineering or technology. According to the notification issued by AAI, this recruitment will be done on the basis of GATE score.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the post of Junior Executive, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT from a recognized university. Along with this, it is mandatory for the candidates to have GATE score.
Talking about the age limit, the maximum age of the candidate should be 27 years as on 27 September 2025. However, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in this.
SC / ST category candidates will get 5 years relaxation.
OBC candidates will be given 3 years relaxation.
Divyang candidates will get up to 10 years relaxation.
Salary package
The candidates selected for these posts will get attractive salary package. The starting salary for the post of Junior Executive can start from Rs 40,000 per month and go up to Rs 1,40,000 per month. Apart from this, other allowances and facilities will also be given to the selected candidates, which will further increase the total salary.
