AIIMS NORCET 10 Notification: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, has released the detailed notification for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-10). With the release of the notification, the online application process has also begun on February 24, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website until March 16, 2026. The NORCET-10 selection process, conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, will be conducted in two stages: the first stage is the preliminary examination, and the second stage is the main examination. The preliminary and main examinations are scheduled to be held in April.

What will be the salary?
Under this recruitment, Nursing Officer positions will be filled in Level 7 (Pay Matrix). The pay scale will be in the pre-revised pay band 2 (₹9300-34800) with a grade pay of ₹4600, Group B. These positions are for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS institutes across the country. Applications will be accepted online only.

Required Educational Qualifications
(a) The candidate must possess one of the following degrees:
B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an institute/university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or a State Nursing Council.
OR
B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institute/university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council.
(b) The candidate must be registered as a nurse and midwife with the State Nursing Council or the Indian Nursing Council.
OR
(a) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an institute/board/council recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council.
(b) Registration as a nurse and midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council is mandatory.
(c) Two years of work experience in a hospital with a minimum of 50 beds. This experience must be obtained after attaining the above educational qualifications and will apply to all participating AIIMS institutes.
Age Limit
Applying candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Age will be calculated as of the last date of application, i.e., March 16, 2026. Reserved categories will receive exemptions as per the rules.

PwD: Completely exempted
