The Indian Air Force (IAF) has started registration for the Air Force Common Admission Test 2 (AFCAT 2) on its official website. The recruitment exam is scheduled to fill a total of 317 vacancies for Flying, Ground Duty (Technical), Ground Duty (Non-Technical), and Flying branches.
As per the details, the registration process began on May 30 and will end on June 28, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of the Indian Air Force at afcat.cdac.in to apply for the various posts.

Eligibility:
Flying Branch: 12th with 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics and Graduation from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks in any subject or equivalent. OR B.E./B.Tech degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
Ground Duty: Aeronautical Engineer – 12th with 50% marks in Physics & Mathematics and Graduate/Integrated Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Technology or Passed Section A & B examination of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of Associate Membership.
Administration: 12th with minimum 60% marks and passed Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
Education: 12th in any discipline with 50% marks and Post Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks, PG (Single Degree without allowing Exit and Lateral Entry) Integrated Course.
Age Limit:
Flying Branch: Candidate must be born between 02 Jul 2001 and 01 Jul 2005
Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): Candidate must be born between 02 Jul 1999 and 01 Jul 2005
Salary:
Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.
