According to the news, the new rates from NHAI will be implemented from noon tonight. These rates were pending due to the code of conduct of the Lok Sabha elections in the country. This hike which was to be implemented from April 1 was stopped due to the code of conduct. If the news is to be believed, now a toll of Rs 125 will have to be paid for one-way travel by car.

Toll rates have been fixed by NHAI according to different distances. The increase in toll rates before the election results is a big shock for the people.
