UGC NET Result 2024: UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year by NTA. The first session is conducted in June and the second in December. The exam is conducted for a total of 83 subjects.

The candidates who appeared in the UGC NET exam are now waiting for the result. The provisional answer key has already been released and the last date to file an objection on it has also expired. The exam was conducted by the National Examination Agency in CBT mode at various examination centers across the country on 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 August and 2, 3, 4 and 5 September. Let us know when the result can be released.
The eligibility test was conducted for a total of 83 subjects. The provisional answer key was released on September 8 and the last date to file an objection on it was September 14. Now the final answer key, result and scorecard are to be released. According to media reports, the result can be released soon. NTA has not shared any official date for declaring the result.

UGC NET Result 2024 Scorecard: How long is it valid?
The scorecard of UGC NET is valid for a lifetime. Earlier it was valid only for three years. In 2019, a change was made and a rule was issued to make the scorecard valid for life. This exam is conducted twice a year in June and December for admission to Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellow and PhD programs.
UGC NET 2024: What is the marking scheme?
Candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer. There is no negative marking in the exam. There were a total of two papers in the exam. Paper 1 was for 100 marks and Paper 2 was for 200 marks.
