Step 1: Check DigiLocker first
If your scorecard has been lost, the first thing you should do is check your DigiLocker account. In the era of Digital India, almost all essential documents are stored on DigiLocker. If the NTA scorecard is available there, you can download it directly. There is no need to fill out any paper forms or submit a separate application for this. This is the fastest and easiest method.
Step 2: Fill out the Annexure-1 form
If you are unable to find the scorecard on DigiLocker despite repeated attempts, there is no need to worry. The next step is to visit the official NTA website, nta.ac.in. Download the ‘Annexure-1’ form provided in the notification dated 17.09.2026. Fill in all the required details in the form accurately and carefully.
Step 3: Submit the application via email or post
After filling out the form, you must attach the necessary documents and all enclosures specified in the public notice. You can scan these documents and send them to the official NTA email address: result@nta.ac.in.
