A major update has emerged for the lakhs of students awaiting the CUET UG 2026 results. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the CUET UG 2026 results and the final answer key soon. Candidates will be able to check their results on the official website.

The long wait for the lakhs of candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2026 is likely to end soon. The National Testing Agency (NTA) may release the CUET UG 2026 results shortly. Before the results are declared, the agency will release the final answer key, which will serve as the basis for calculating the candidates’ final scores.

The NTA released the provisional answer key for CUET UG 2026 on June 9, 2026, and provided candidates with the opportunity to raise objections against it. The deadline for submitting objections was June 11, 2026. The agency is now preparing to release the final answer key after reviewing the objections received. The results will be prepared based on this final answer key.

When will the CUET UG 2026 result be released?

Although the NTA has not yet announced an official date for the result declaration, trends from previous years suggest that the CUET UG 2026 results could be released in the last week of June or the first week of July 2026. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the official website.

Check these details on the scorecard

After downloading the result, candidates should carefully verify all the information listed on their scorecard. This includes the candidate’s name, roll number, father’s name, subject-wise marks, total score, percentile, photograph, signature, and category details. In case of any errors, candidates can immediately contact the concerned authorities.

No objections against the final answer key

The final answer key released by the NTA will be conclusive and final. Candidates will not have the opportunity to raise objections once the final answer key is published. The final result will be prepared based on this revised answer key.

Based on data from previous years, candidates securing 900 marks or more have a better chance of gaining admission to top universities. Scores between 700 and 850 are considered good, while scores ranging from 600 to 700 fall into the average category. However, actual admission will depend on the cut-offs and seat availability of the respective universities.

Several universities, including BHU, to release cut-offs soon

Following the declaration of CUET results, various central and state universities will release their respective cut-off lists. Institutions such as Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Delhi University (DU), and the University of Allahabad will initiate the admission process based on CUET scores. Candidates are advised to regularly check for updates on the official websites of the respective universities.
