UPSSSC PET 2025 Exam City: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the exam city for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025. Now, all the candidates can get their exam venue information from the official website upsssc.gov.in. The PET 2025 exam will be conducted in two shifts on 6th and 7th September.
The first shift will be from 10 am to 12 noon, while the second shift will be held from 3 pm to 5 pm. Candidates can plan the shift as per their convenience and exam center. This time, the score obtained in PET will be valid for 3 years. This means that once the exam is passed, the candidates will be eligible to apply for various recruitment examinations of Group-C level for the next three years. Earlier, this validity was only for one year.
PET 2025 Exam Pattern
Uttar Pradesh Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) will have a total of 100 questions, which will be objective type (MCQs). The exam will be of a total of 100 marks, and candidates will get 2 hours to solve it. Negative marking is applicable in the exam, in which 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
What subjects will be in the exam?
Various subjects have been included in the exam. The major subjects include General Knowledge, Mathematics, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Hindi, and English. It has been ensured that all the important areas are covered in the exam, and the overall ability of the candidates can be assessed.
Marks according to subjects
In the total 100 marks exam, questions of prescribed marks will be asked from each subject:
Indian History, Indian National Movement, Geography, Indian Economy, Indian Constitution and Public Administration, General Science, Elementary Arithmetic, General Hindi, General English, Logic and Reasoning - 5-5 marks each.
Current Affairs and General Awareness - 10-10 marks.
Hindi Unread Passage, Graph and Table Interpretation - 10-10 marks.

First of all, visit the official website upsssc.gov.in.
On the homepage find the link “PET 2025 Exam City Intimation Slip” and click on it.
Now the login page will open, enter your registration number and date of birth (DOB) in it.
After submitting, your exam city slip will appear on the screen.
Download it and take a print out of it.
