UPSC Opens a Golden Opportunity! Major Recruitment for Trademarks-GI Examiner and Deputy Director

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced a major recruitment drive for Trademarks and GI Examiner positions. The Commission has announced 100 positions for Trademarks and GI Examiners and two positions for Deputy Directors.

The online application process for this recruitment will begin on December 13, 2025, and candidates can apply until January 1, 2026. This opportunity is especially important for candidates who have studied law and wish to pursue a career in government service.

Candidates' age requirements for applying will be based on January 1, 2026, with a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 35 years.

Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per rules. Candidates must possess a degree in law from a recognized institution.

The recruitment process will be completed in three stages. First, there will be a preliminary exam, which will consist of multiple-choice questions. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be selected for the main exam, and those who qualify in the main exam will be called for an interview.

Following the interview, there will be a document verification and medical fitness process, after which the final selection list will be released.

To apply, candidates must visit upsc.gov.in and click on the Apply Online option. After completing the registration, they will need to fill out the form and upload the documents. It is important to check all details carefully before submitting and then take a printout of the form.
