The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) launched its centenary year by unveiling a new logo and a special centenary logo. The "My UPSC Interview: From Dream to Reality" initiative was also launched.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) launched its centenary year by completing its glorious 100 years. On this historic occasion, the Commission's Chairman, Dr. Ajay Kumar, not only unveiled the new logo but also held the first-ever live virtual townhall with civil service aspirants. The Commission celebrated this special day with renewed enthusiasm and energy, and unveiled several new initiatives for the future.

The new logo reflects the Commission's core spirit and responsibilities. The national emblem, representing service to the nation, duty, and rights, is placed at the center of the logo. Surrounding it is a garland of banyan leaves, symbolizing wisdom, patience, and longevity. A stripe below the logo bears the words "Sung Public Service," symbolizing the Commission's dedication and commitment to the nation.

A Glimpse of the Special Centenary Logo

Along with the new logo, the Commission has also introduced a special centenary logo. It features a wave-like shape, symbolizing the Commission's centenary journey of progress, perseverance, and ability to adapt to the times. This logo incorporates the UPSC symbol within the last '0' of the number '100'. This not only celebrates the centenary journey but also reminds us of the crucial contribution the UPSC has made to strengthening India's administrative system.

New Initiative for Civil Servants - My UPSC Interview

To make the centenary year even more special, the Commission has launched a new initiative called "My UPSC Interview: From Dream to Reality." Through this portal (innovateindia.mygov.in/upsc/), current and former civil servants are invited to share their UPSC interview experiences.

This initiative will continue until December 31, 2025, and selected experiences will be compiled and published during the centenary year in 2026. This will inspire new candidates and provide them with a better understanding of the interview process.
