206 candidates successful in UPSC
The result of the UPSC ESE Main Exam was declared on 23 November 2024, in which 206 candidates were recommended for appointment, including 92 for Civil Engineering, 18 for Mechanical Engineering, 26 for Electrical Engineering, and 70 for E&T Engineering. The highest number of candidates have been recommended in the General category. 71 candidates have been recommended in the General category, 59 in OBC, 34 in SC, 22 in EWS, and 20 in ST.
The exam was held in June.
The UPSC Engineering Services Exam was conducted in June 2024. At the same time, the interview and personality test was performed on 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 October and 4, 5, 6 November 2024. A total of 251 vacancies are to be filled through this recruitment exam.
