Union Public Service Commission i.e. UPSC is going to declare the result of Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025 soon. Although its date has not been announced yet, it is believed that the result will be released by the second week of June, as UPSC usually declares the results of the Civil Services Preliminary Examination within 15 days of the examination. If we talk about last year, the exam was conducted on 16 June and the result was released on 1 July.
Similarly, in the year 2023 also, UPSC CSE Preliminary Examination was conducted on 28 May and the results were declared on 12 June. Based on this pattern, this year the prelims result is expected to be released by June 14. However, the candidates who appeared in the exam are advised to wait for information about the exact date and time of declaration of the result.

First of all, go to the official website of UPSC upsconline.gov.in. Then click on the link 'UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 Result' on the homepage.
After that, a PDF file containing the list of successful candidates will open.
Now press Ctrl+F on your computer or use the search feature on your mobile device to find your roll number.
Download and save the result PDF for future use.
When was the exam held?
The UPSC CSE prelims exam was conducted on 25 May in two sessions and each session was of two hours. Candidates can now download the PDF of GS Paper 1 and GS Paper 2 of UPSC Prelims through the official website upsc.gov.in. Candidates who qualify in the prelims exam will be eligible to appear in the UPSC main exam.
