The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released e-summon letters for the Personality Test. Candidates appearing for the Personality Test can download the e-summon letter from the UPSC's official website, upsc.gov.in. Candidates will need to enter their roll number and date of birth. Candidates can check and download the e-summon letter by following the steps below or using the direct link provided.

First, candidates must visit the official website.
Next, candidates should click on the relevant link on the homepage.
Following this, candidates should fill in the required details.
The admit card will then be displayed.
Candidates should download and take a printout at the end.

The personality test will begin on December 8, 2025, and end on December 19, 2025. A total of 649 candidates will appear for the personality test. Interviews will be held in two sessions: morning and evening. Reporting time for the morning session is 9:00 AM and for the afternoon session, it is 1:00 PM. A total of 2,736 candidates qualified for the UPSC Mains exam. The first round of interviews for 649 candidates will be conducted until December 19. The schedule for the next stage will be announced after that.
Candidates appearing for the interview will receive reimbursement for travel expenses, limited to second/sleeper class train fares (Mail Express). Candidates are advised to keep a close check on the official website of UPSC for latest updates.
