UPSC CSE 2025: E-summon letters issued for the personality test of 649 candidates; interviews to continue till December 19..

UPSC: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued e-summon letters for candidates called for the Civil Services (Main) Personality Test. UPSC e-summon letters for 649 candidates for the interview round have been released on the official website upsconline.gov.in.

According to the UPSC Main Exam Result 2025, a total of 2,736 candidates have qualified for the interview round after clearing the preliminary and main examinations, of which the first phase of the personality test for 649 candidates will be conducted from December 8 to 19.

Interviews in Two Sessions
The Commission will conduct the interviews in two sessions. Candidates are required to report at 9 AM for the forenoon session and 1 PM for the afternoon session. Candidates appearing for the personal interview will be provided reimbursement for travel expenses. The UPSC CSE interview schedule for the remaining candidates will be announced soon.

The official notification states, "Candidates are required to submit hard copies/printouts of both-way tickets containing travel details and the prescribed TA claim form duly filled in. The TA bill forms are available at upsc.gov.in/forms-downloads."

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the UPSC CSE e-admit card.

Visit the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in or upsconline.gov.in.
Now, click on the UPSC CSE e-summon letter download link.
Enter your seven-digit roll number and date of birth in dd-mm-yyyy format.
Now type the captcha code displayed on the screen.
The UPSC CSE e-summon letter will be displayed.
Download the hall ticket for future reference.
