UPSC CDS and NDA Recruitment Exam Admit Cards Released, Know Exam Date and Shift Details

THE UPSC CDS 2 exam will be held on 14th September in three shifts. At the same time, the NDA exam will be conducted in the same two shifts.

September 14 is going to be very important for the youth preparing for army recruitment. Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has released the admit cards for Combined Defense Services (CDS) 2 and National Defense Academy and Naval Academy (NDA/NA) 2 Exam 2025. Both these exams will be held on 14th September. Candidates registering for these prestigious defense entrance exams can download their e-admit cards from the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in.

According to the official notification, candidates whose pictures on the admit card are not clear or their name and date are not visible on them, will have to bring a valid photo identity card and three passport size photographs (on which their name and date are mentioned) to the examination center. A photograph will be mandatory for each session, and candidates will also have to submit a written undertaking.

Time-table of both exams

The UPSC CDS 2 exam will be held in three sessions on September 14, 2025.

English: 9:00 am to 11:00 am

General Knowledge: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Elementary Mathematics: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The UPSC NDA and NA 2 exam will be held in two sessions on September 14, 2025.

First Session: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Second Session: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

UPSC has advised the candidates to report to their respective exam centres at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam to avoid any last minute inconvenience. CDS and NDA exams are one of the most competitive national level exams conducted by UPSC for admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and National Defence Academy. Successful candidates serve as commissioned officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
