UPPSC RO ARO Exam: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has given great relief to the candidates by making important changes in the Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer (RO/ARO) Recruitment Exam 2023. Now there will be only one question paper of General Studies and General Hindi in the preliminary examination. In which objective questions will be asked. The 200-mark question paper will have 140 questions of General Studies and 60 questions of General Hindi. Each question will be of one mark. It has to be solved in 3 hours. In the first question paper, questions related to general vocabulary and grammar will be asked in General Studies and General Hindi.

Earlier, the preliminary examination of RO and ARO of UP Public Service Commission was conducted in two shifts. General Studies was conducted in one shift and General Hindi was in the second shift. But the commission has now done both papers together.

No change in the main examination
The commission has not made any change in the scheme of the main examination. No change has been made in the syllabus of the subjects of the preliminary examination and main examination. Harsh Dev Pandey, Controller of Examinations, UP Public Service Commission has given this information by issuing a correction letter.

Demand for change in PCS exam as well
Prashant Pandey, media in-charge of Pratiyogi Chhatra Sangharsh Samiti, has described the amendment in the Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer Examination 2023 by the UP Public Service Commission as a positive step. He has said that we welcome it. He said that this decision of the commission will provide relief to the students. Earlier, students had to wait for three hours for the 60-question Hindi question paper of one hour. He has said that the Pratiyogi Chhatra Sangharsh Samiti demands that the gap between the two shifts in the PCS exam should be made one hour instead of 3 hours.
