UPPSC PCS Preliminary Exam Admit Card Released; Learn When and How to Download

UPPSC has released the admit cards for the PCS and ACF/RFO Preliminary Exam 2025. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website for the exam to be held on October 12th.
The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the admit cards for the much-awaited PCS and ACF/RFO Preliminary Exam 2025. The exam will be held on October 12th. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in. The Commission has advised all candidates to download the admit card on time and carefully check all the information on it.
The admit card is the most important document for the exam. After downloading it, candidates must check the following information: Candidate's name, date of birth, photo, and signature; Name and subject of the exam; Date and time of the exam; Complete address of the exam center; Reporting time at the center.
When will the exam be held?
The UPPSC PCS and ACF/RFO preliminary examination will be held on October 12, 2025, in two shifts.
First shift: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Second shift: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
A total of 1,435 examination centers have been set up in 75 districts for this examination. According to the Commission, approximately 6.26 lakh candidates will appear for the examination this time. This recruitment process will fill approximately 210 posts.
Exam Pattern
The UPPSC PCS preliminary examination will consist of objective-type questions.
The first shift will consist of 150 questions from General Studies.
The second shift will consist of the CSAT exam, which will consist of 100 questions.
Both papers will carry a total of 400 marks.
It's important to note that the General Studies paper plays a decisive role in selection, while only qualifying marks are required for the CSAT.
What to bring to the exam center?
Printed copy of admit card
Valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, or Passport)
Candidates without the admit card and a valid ID will not be allowed to enter the exam center.
How to download the admit card?
- First, visit the uppsc.up.nic.in the website.
- Click on the Admit Card link on the homepage.
- Log in by entering your registration number and date of birth.
- Your admit card will now appear on the screen.
- Download it and take a printout for future reference.
