UPPSC PCS Mains Exam: UPPSC has started the online application process for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Mains Exam 2024. Eligible candidates can fill out the online application form through the official website uppsc.up.nic.in.

According to the notification, a total of 15,066 candidates have been selected for the main examination, who had cleared the preliminary examination. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 220 vacancies. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of UPPSC till 23 March 2025.

Who can apply?

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination.

Those who have a graduation degree from any recognized university.

For some posts, a degree in a special subject may be required.

This much will be the application fee.
The application fee varies according to the category. The application fee has been fixed at ₹225 for General (GEN) and OBC candidates, Rs 105 for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, and Rs 25 for PH (Divyang) candidates.

Candidates can pay the examination fee only through the State Bank of India (SBI MOPS) through net banking, debit card, credit card, or e-challan fee mode. This fee may be temporary, so read the official notification carefully before applying.

How to apply?

First of all, you go to the official website (uppsc.up.nic.in).

Now click on the "PCS Mains Exam 2024" link available on the home page.

Register by filling in your information here.

Now deposit the application fee.

Fill in the information asked in the form and upload the required documents.

Finally, submit the application form and take a printout of it.

After completing the application process, candidates have to submit the application form along with the required documents by registered post or by visiting the UPPSC office in person.
