Important information related to the exam
UPPSC PCS Prelims exam will have two compulsory papers, whose answer sheet will be based on the OMR sheet.
Paper I: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Paper II: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Both papers will be of 200-200 marks and each will have a time duration of 2 hours. It is mandatory to appear in both the papers to pass the exam.
Paper II will be a qualifying paper, in which it is necessary to obtain a minimum of 33% marks. If a candidate does not appear in both papers, he will be disqualified.
