The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released an important update regarding the LT Grade teacher recruitment examination. The commission has declared the results of the preliminary examination for Mathematics and Hindi subjects. A large number of candidates appeared in this examination, and the successful candidates will now get a chance to appear in the main examination. After the results are declared, candidates can check their results on the commission's official website. Information related to the further process will also be released soon.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission released the results of the preliminary examination for Mathematics and Hindi subjects for the recruitment of LT Grade (Assistant Teacher/Trained Graduate) posts in government secondary schools on Thursday. This exam was conducted on December 6th.

Mathematics Subject Result
The preliminary examination for Mathematics was held in the first session. Recruitment is to be done for 556 posts in the male branch and 537 posts in the female branch. In addition, a total of 14 posts of Special Teacher under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities are also included.

A total of 1,86,989 candidates registered for the Mathematics subject, out of which 99,055 candidates appeared for the examination. The commission has declared 2,260 candidates successful for the main examination.

Hindi Subject Result
The preliminary examination for Hindi was held in the second session. 568 posts are allocated for the male branch and 119 posts for the female branch. Along with this, 3 posts of Special Teacher under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities are also included.

A total of 1,29,511 candidates applied for the Hindi subject, out of which 82,007 candidates appeared for the examination. Of these, 8,162 candidates have been selected for the main examination.

What happens next? The commission has stated that the schedule for the main examination and information related to online applications will be released separately. Due to not meeting the minimum qualifying marks in some categories, 15 times the number of candidates were not available. The final cutoff will be released after the final results.
