The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the admit cards for the Health Education Officer (HEO) recruitment examination. Candidates who applied for this recruitment can immediately visit the Commission's official website, uppsc.up.nic.in, to download their hall tickets. For your convenience, a direct link to the admit card has also been provided on this page; simply click the link and enter your login details to download it.

**When will the exam be held?**
UPPSC will conduct this recruitment examination on October 4, 2026. Please note that online applications for this recruitment were accepted from December 22, 2025, to January 22, 2026. A total of 1,24,806 candidates applied for these 221 posts.

**Steps to download the admit card**
Visit the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in, to download the UP Health Educator recruitment admit card.
On the home page, locate the recruitment dashboard and click on the link: "Admit Card:- CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR ADVT.NO.D-6/E-1/2025, SWASTHYA SHIKSHA ADHIKARI (SCREENING) EXAM-2025, (EXAM. DATED-04/10/2026)."

Next, click on the "Download Admit Card" button.
On the new page, enter your Candidate OTR number and date of birth, and select your gender.
Now, enter the verification code and click the "Download Admit Card" button.
The hall ticket will open; download it and take a printout.

Candidates appearing for the exam must ensure they carry a valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, or Driving License) along with their admit card to the exam center for verification purposes. You will not be granted entry to the exam center without a hall ticket and an identity card, and consequently, you will be unable to take the exam.
