UP Police Recruitment: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board (UPPRPB) has released admit cards for candidates participating in the Swimming discipline for the 2023 Recruitment of Skilled Athletes for the Posts of Constable, Civil Police, and PAC.

Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. They will need to enter their registration number and date of birth.

Applications Opened on This Day
Under the Direct Recruitment of Skilled Athletes in the Uttar Pradesh Police 2023, online applications were invited for the posts of Constable (Civil Police/PAC) and Sub-Inspector (Civil Police) in December 2023. The application process for Constable positions began on December 12, 2023, and for Sub-Inspector positions on December 19, 2023.

The Recruitment Board has now issued a notification on June 25, 2025, stating that the preliminary scrutiny of applications received in the "Swimming" discipline has been completed.

Document Verification to Begin on October 8th
Eligible candidates will now undergo document verification and sports skills testing. This test will be conducted on a date and venue determined by the Recruitment Board. Candidates will be notified of the date, time, and venue via email, SMS, and the Board's official website.

Under the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment, the document verification and sports skills testing for candidates in the "Swimming" sport discipline will be conducted from October 8th, 2025, to October 10th, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM at the Swimming Pool, 35th Battalion PAC, Mahanagar, Lucknow.

UP Police Skilled Players Recruitment 2023
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board announced the recruitment of skilled athletes for a total of 546 posts of Constable Civil Police and Constable PAC in 2023. This includes 372 posts for Constable Civil Police and 174 posts for PAC. Under this recruitment drive, a total of 350 male and 196 female athletes will be selected to serve as players in the UP Police.

Recruitment will be conducted in the following sports disciplines:
Water sports, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, football, table tennis, badminton, cross-country, hockey, archery, gymnastics, weightlifting, bushu, judo, boxing, athletics, swimming, taekwondo, shooting, cycling, wrestling, karate, fencing, and kho-kho.
