UPESSC Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has declared the final results for the 2022 Lecturer recruitment drive, aimed at appointing 624 lecturers across 18 subjects in government-aided secondary schools. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the Commission's official website. They can view and download their results from the Commission's portal using their roll number and date of birth.

According to UPESSC Chairman Prashant Kumar, the recruitment process was conducted in a fair and time-bound manner. The written examination for the lecturer recruitment was held on May 9 and 10, while interviews for successful candidates took place between June 15 and June 27. This recruitment was conducted under Advertisement No. 02/2022. The final selection list has been released following the completion of the entire process, comprising the written exam, document verification, and interviews.

The Commission has made the subject-wise and category-wise selection lists available on the official website. Candidates can also view cut-off marks and other detailed information regarding the selection process online. The Commission has provided a facility for candidates to view their individual scores via the recruitment portal for a period of one week. Thereafter, no information regarding the marks obtained will be provided under the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.

Following the declaration of results, the school allotment process will commence. Kumar stated that school allotment would be based on the institutional preferences submitted online by candidates and the declared selection panel, in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board Rules, 1998. Candidates will be able to view their scorecards by logging into the Commission's official website, https://upessc.up.gov.in/, using their registration number and date of birth.

The recruitment was conducted for 18 subjects, including Physics, Biology, Home Science, History, Education, English, Agriculture, Commerce, Sociology, Political Science, Mathematics, Economics, Sanskrit, Psychology, Chemistry, Geography, Hindi, and Fine Arts. Subject-wise and category-wise details of the selected candidates are available on the UPESSC website.
