At the Upper Primary level as well, there will be a total of 150 questions. This section will comprise 30 questions, each from Child Development, Hindi, and a Second Language. Additionally, 60 questions will be drawn from Mathematics & Science or Social Studies, depending on the candidate's chosen subject.
Examination Format and Duration
The UPTET 2026 examination will be of 150 minutes (two and a half hours) duration. All questions will be of the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type, and each question will carry 1 mark.
