Pay special attention to your diet.
Gaurav Tyagi, a coach who prepares young athletes at Kailash Prakash Stadium, says that if you start running and exercising in the morning and evening, you will definitely achieve success. In the UP Police, it is observed that men have to cover 4.8 kilometers in 25 minutes, and women 2.4 kilometers in 14 minutes. Therefore, if young people prepare by paying special attention to their diet and increasing their speed day by day, they will definitely achieve success.
