UP ITI Second Phase Result 2026 Released; Admission Window Open from September 12 to 17

UP SCVT ITI has released the selection and seat allotment results for the second phase today. Candidates allotted a seat in this phase must visit their respective ITI institutes and complete the admission process by September 17.

The UP ITI second phase result for 2026 has been declared. The State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) UP released the second-phase selection and seat allotment results today, September 12. Candidates allotted a seat in this phase are required to visit the respective ITI and complete the admission formalities between September 12 and September 17, 2026. Seats have been allotted for programs with durations of 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years during this phase. Candidates can view their results on the official SCVT UP website.

  • To view the second-phase result, first visit scvtup.in.
  • Next, on the home page, open the link for the second-phase allotment result located in the ‘Admission 2026’ section.
  • Then, log in by entering your registration number and date of birth.
  • Once the result appears on the screen, candidates will be able to view details regarding their allotted ITI and trade.
  • Upon selection, candidates must download the call letter and take a printout.
  • Information regarding selection is also being sent via SMS to the registered mobile number.

Admission Must Be Completed by September 17

The admission process for the second phase begins on September 12 and continues until midnight on September 17, 2026. Candidates must visit the respective ITI and secure admission within the stipulated timeframe. Candidates are advised to reach the institute well in time rather than waiting for the deadline. Institutes will remain open for the admission process even on holidays. Upon reaching the ITI, candidates must also verify their selection against the institute’s selection list. Following this, document verification and other admission formalities must be completed.

Documents required at the time of admission

For admission, candidates must carry a copy of their online application, all original certificates along with photocopies, a copy of their result, the original transfer certificate from their last educational institution, a photocopy of the online application for police verification, and passport-sized photographs.

Option to choose ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’

During the admission process, candidates must select either the ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ option based on their preference. Subsequently, they must complete the admission procedure in accordance with the instructions provided by the call center. Admission to UP ITI is merit-based; candidates are selected based on their marks in Class 8 or Class 10. There is no written entrance exam for this. The seat allotment result for the first phase was released on August 26, while the result for the second phase has been released today, September 12.
