UP Homeguard Admit Card: The recruitment process for Homeguards in Uttar Pradesh is nearing its final stage. This stage involves the Physical Standard Test (PST) and document verification for candidates who qualified in the written examination. Both these phases are scheduled to begin on July 13. Ahead of this, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the admit cards for the Homeguard recruitment. Candidates who passed the written exam can download their UP Homeguard PST/DV admit cards from the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. To download the hall ticket, candidates will need to enter their login details.

According to the UPPRPB notification, the Physical Standard Test and document verification process for Homeguard posts will commence on July 13 and conclude on August 6, 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill 41,424 Homeguard positions across the state. A total of 107,221 candidates have been shortlisted for the DV and PST stages. The final merit list will be released after the completion of the DV and PST.

What are the physical standards for male candidates?

Height

General, OBC, and SC categories: Minimum 168 cm

ST category: Minimum 160 cm

Chest Measurement

General, OBC, and SC categories: 79 cm (unexpanded), 84 cm (expanded)

ST category: 77 cm (unexpanded), 82 cm (expanded)

A minimum chest expansion of 6 cm is mandatory for all male candidates.

Rules for Female Candidates

The physical standards prescribed for female candidates are as follows:
General, OBC, and SC categories: Minimum height 152 cm
ST category: Minimum height 147 cm
All female candidates must have a minimum weight of 40 kg.
Only candidates who meet the prescribed height and weight standards will be considered eligible for the next stage.

Race Requirements

Candidates must complete the race within the stipulated time during the Physical Efficiency Test.
Male candidates must complete a 4.8 km race in 28 minutes.
Female candidates must complete a 2.4 km race in 16 minutes.
Candidates who fail to complete the race within the prescribed time will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
