**Candidates Who Cannot Appear for the Exam**
The admit cards for the UP Home Guard examination were issued on April 21. Candidates can download them by visiting the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. Candidates who do not possess a valid admit card will not be permitted to enter the examination center. Furthermore, candidates who fail to arrive on time may also be barred from taking the examination. The gates to the examination center will begin to close approximately half an hour prior to the commencement of the exam. Any candidate found using mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, or any other type of electronic gadget will be immediately expelled from the examination center.
