UP Board has made a big change in the admission rules for 9th and 11th. Now it will be mandatory to upload the TC of students coming from other schools only. This will reduce the technical burden on schools and provide relief to rural areas. Know the new rule and who will benefit from it.

The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UP Board) has recently taken a big and relief decision, which will provide relief to thousands of schools in the state. Earlier it was mandatory to upload the Transfer Certificate (TC) of all the students on the website at the time of admission in class 9th and 11th. But now this rule has been changed and schools have been given great relief. This decision will prove to be very helpful especially for schools in rural areas where there is a lack of resources.

Uploading of TC of only outside students is mandatory (UP Board)

Now according to the new instructions of UP Board, it is necessary to upload TC of only those students who are taking admission in class 9 or 11 after transferring from another school. That is, students who are going to the next class after passing 8th or 10th from the same school, their TC is not required to be uploaded on the website.

Rules changed after the appeal of the principals (UP Board)

UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh said that the principals of various schools had suggested regarding the problems being faced in uploading TC that it is not practical to upload TC of students already studying in the school. The board considered their point to be correct and this change was made in the rules.

Big relief in rural areas (UP Board)

Schools in rural areas have to resort to cyber cafes for online work, which used to cost both time and money. Now by uploading TC of only outside students, the workload on the school staff will also be reduced and the objective of preventing fake admissions will also be fulfilled.

The old rule was to stop fake admissions (UP Board)

The purpose of uploading the TC was to prevent fake students from taking admission. In this new change, the board has tried to strike a balance so that genuine students do not face any problems, but fake admissions are also kept under control.
