The evaluation of answer sheets for the UP Board's Class 10 and 12 examinations has now been completed. This process commenced on March 18 and continued until April 4, during which approximately 2.75 crore answer sheets were evaluated. The Board's entire focus is now directed toward finalizing the Class 10 and 12 board results, which are eagerly awaited by lakhs of students. With the evaluation phase concluded, the work of data processing and preparing the merit lists is now proceeding at a rapid pace to ensure that the results can be declared soon. This year, approximately 50 lakh students appeared for the High School and Intermediate examinations across Uttar Pradesh. The outcome of their hard work is now set to be revealed shortly.

To ensure a fair and secure evaluation process this time around, the Board had implemented stringent measures. Police personnel were deployed round-the-clock at the 254 evaluation centers established across the state. Additionally, CCTV cameras were utilized to monitor every activity of the teachers involved in the evaluation process. The approximately 1.53 lakh teachers assigned to evaluate the answer sheets were strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones inside the centers to prevent any potential irregularities. Although the evaluation work was originally scheduled to conclude on April 2, the deadline was extended by two days due to holidays for festivals such as Eid and Ram Navami.

**When were the results released last year?**
Regarding the results, and based on trends observed in previous years, the UP Board results for the year 2025 were released on April 25. Typically, results are declared just a few weeks after the completion of the answer sheet evaluation; consequently, it is highly probable that this year, as well, the results will be released between April 20 and April 25. Board officials have also indicated that the results will be declared on schedule.

**Board issues warning to students ahead of results**
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has issued a public notice advising students and their parents to remain vigilant against cyber fraudsters. In fact, the Board states that cyber fraudsters may promise students that they can get their marks increased through phone calls or online messages. The Board has issued a warning against such activities and has requested students not to respond to calls, emails, or messages received from unknown or suspicious sources.
