UP Board Result 2026: The Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, has released the results for the 2026 High School Improvement and Intermediate Compartment examinations. Candidates can check their results on the UP Board website, upmsp.edu.in. Along with the results, the UP Board has also released statistical data regarding the candidates.

According to the data, a total of 20,855 candidates registered for the High School Compartment/Improvement examination. This included 15,705 boys and 5,150 girls. A total of 19,394 candidates appeared for the exam, comprising 14,616 boys and 4,778 girls. In total, 19,191 candidates were declared successful, including 14,456 boys and 4,735 girls.

How many passed the High School exam?
In the High School examination, 98.91% of the boys and 99.10% of the girls passed. The overall pass percentage was 98.95%. The data indicates that the performance of candidates at the High School level was excellent, with the success rate of girls being slightly higher than that of boys.

How were the Intermediate results?

A total of 21,227 candidates registered for the Intermediate Compartment examination in 2026, comprising 11,256 boys and 9,971 girls. A total of 20,540 candidates appeared for the exam, including 10,839 boys and 9,701 girls. In total, 16,286 candidates were declared successful, comprising 8,388 boys and 7,898 girls.

In the Intermediate examination, the pass percentage for boys was 77.39%, while the success rate for girls was recorded at 81.41%. Combining both streams, the overall pass percentage for the Intermediate compartment examination stood at 79.29%. Here too, girls outperformed boys.
