The UP Board is widely regarded as the largest educational board in the country. Once again, 5.2 million students have appeared for the examinations conducted by the UP Board this year. The Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh (UPMSP), organized the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations from February 18 to March 12, 2026, following which the evaluation of answer sheets commenced on March 18.
The Board has set a deadline of April 1 for the evaluation of answer sheets for both Class 10 and Class 12—a deadline for which only a few days now remain.

Countdown to Results Begins
Students who participated in the board examinations often experience anxiety regarding the release of results following the exams. For the benefit of all these students, it is hereby informed that the evaluation of answer sheets will be completed by April 1, and the results will be declared within 20 days thereafter. Going by the pattern observed last year, the results were released on April 20. Consequently, it is expected that this year as well, the results (UP Board 10th & 12th Results 2026) will be declared by April 20.

Toppers' List to be Released Along with Results
Alongside the declaration of results, the UP Board will also release the list of toppers. Furthermore, other data—including the overall pass percentage and the performance statistics of both male and female students—will be shared.

Steps to Check Results
To check your UP Board Result 2026, you must first visit the official website: upmsp.edu.in.
On the website's homepage, click on the specific class for which you wish to check the result.
You will then need to enter your Roll Number and click 'Submit'.
Subsequently, your result will appear on the screen, allowing you to view it as well as download a copy of your marksheet.

Student Performance in the Previous Year
Last year, a total of 2,545,815 students appeared for the UP Board Class 10 examinations, out of whom 2,294,122 students successfully cleared the exams. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 90.11%. Of this, the number of boys stood at 1,327,024, with 1,149,884 students passing. The pass percentage for boys was 88.66%. Additionally, the number of girls was 1,218,791, of whom 1,144,138 passed. The pass percentage for girls was 93.87%. The pass percentage for girls was 7.21% higher than that of boys.
