                                UPMSP UP Board Exams: The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) has initiated the process of correcting errors in the educational details of students appearing for the High School and Intermediate examinations in 2026. According to information released by the Board, corrections to student details at the school level can be made until October 31, 2025.
Schools can correct any errors in the details of students registered in grades 9 and 11 for the academic session 2025-26 (examination year 2027) within the stipulated timeframe.
Following this, the facility to verify and correct errors in educational details such as students' names, father's/mother's name, gender, date of birth, caste, photo, subject, etc., will be available from October 28 to November 5, 2025. This process can be completed online on the UP Board website, upmsp.edu.in, until 12 noon.
School principals will be responsible.
 The board has directed that principals themselves log in to the website to carefully check all student details and update any errors promptly. No student or school will be allowed to make corrections after the stipulated period.
Council Secretary Bhagwati Singh clarified that this process must be completed promptly to ensure correct student information is entered for the 2026 board exams. The council has instructed all district school inspectors and relevant officials to widely publicize this information.
52,30,297 students will appear for the exam.
A total of 1,01,76,431 students have registered for classes 9 to 12 in the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) for the 2025-26 session. These include 4,894,432 girls. This year, a total of 52,30,297 students will appear for the high school and intermediate board exams.
