UP Board Exam 2026: UP Board 10th and 12th timetable released; exams to begin on February 18; check full datesheet here..

The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has released the timetable for the 2026 high school and intermediate examinations. Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh stated that the high school and intermediate examinations will begin simultaneously on February 18th and conclude on March 12th, 2026. Students appearing for the board examinations can download the UPMSP Date Sheet 2026 from the board's official website, upmsp.edu.in. You can also check the 10th and 12th grade timetables by subject and date from the table provided on this page.

Timetable by Subject
The first paper for high school will be Hindi and Elementary, while the final paper will be Agriculture. Similarly, the first paper for intermediate will be Hindi and General Hindi, and the final paper will be Computer and Sanskrit on March 12th. Check the exam dates for all subjects here:

Timings and Shifts for Board Exams
The UP Board will conduct board exams for both classes in two shifts. The first shift will be from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.

Over 5.2 million students will participate in the board exams.
A total of 5,230,297 students have registered for the 2026 board exams across both classes. There are 2,750,945 students registered in high school, of which 1,438,683 are boys and 1,312,263 are girls. Furthermore, 2,479,352 students have registered for 12th grade, of which 1,303,012 are boys and 1,176,340 are girls.

Practical exams may be conducted in January.
Practical exams for both high school and intermediate classes may be conducted in January 2026, before the UP Board exams. Practical exams will be conducted in school.

Admit cards for the exams will be available from the schools.
Admit cards for the UP Board exams will be sent to schools a few days before the start of the board exams. Students can then contact their school and obtain their admit cards from the class teacher or principal. Please note that admit cards cannot be obtained online.
