UP Board Exam 2026: Students who missed their practical exams have until tomorrow to complete them..
Here is important news for students appearing in the UP Board examinations. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) conducted the High School and Intermediate practical examinations for 2026 from January 24 to February 1, 2026. However, due to various reasons, many students were unable to appear for the practical exams.
For these students, the UP Board has given another opportunity until February 4th so that no student's academic year is wasted. Schools have also been informed about this.
Second Phase Practical Examinations Dates
The second phase of practical examinations will be held from February 2 to February 9, 2026. During these dates, practical exams will be conducted in Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur divisions.
Admit Cards Expected Soon
The UP Board will conduct the board examinations for both High School and Intermediate classes from February 18 to March 12, 2026. Admit cards for the examinations are expected to be available soon. Students should note that they cannot download the admit cards online themselves. The admit cards will be provided at your school. Students can obtain their admit cards from the principal or class teacher at their school.
Exam Shifts and Timings
The board examinations will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, and the second shift will be from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
Over 52 Lakh Students to Participate
A total of 5,230,297 students will participate in the UP Board examinations for both classes. Of these, 2,750,945 students are registered for High School and 2,479,352 students for Class 12.
