The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the schedule for the 2026 High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) compartment and improvement examinations. Students who have applied for these exams are required to appear for them on July 28, 2026. The exams for both classes will be conducted in separate shifts. The Board has also issued key guidelines to ensure the examination process is fair and transparent. Additionally, admit cards will soon be made available on the official website for candidates to download.

**Exam to be held on July 28**
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has clarified that the 2026 High School improvement/compartment and Intermediate compartment examinations will take place on July 28, 2026. Only those students who submitted their online applications within the stipulated timeframe will be eligible to appear for the exams. Admit cards for the examinations will soon be released on the Board's official website.

**Exam timings**
The Class 10 compartment and improvement examination will be held in the morning shift, running from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM. Meanwhile, the Class 12 compartment examination will take place in the afternoon shift, scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. All candidates are required to reach the examination center at least 45 minutes before the exam begins.

**Strict security measures**
To ensure the examination is free from cheating and remains transparent, the Board has issued specific instructions to the district administration and examination centers. Strong rooms where question papers are stored will be monitored via CCTV 24 hours a day. During the examination, CCTV cameras equipped with voice recording facilities will remain operational in all rooms to monitor every activity.

**Rules to be followed**
All candidates will undergo a screening process before entering the examination center. No candidate will be granted entry into the center without being frisked. Furthermore, mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, or any other type of electronic device will not be permitted inside the examination hall. The Council has advised students to adhere to all rules and arrive at the examination center ahead of time.
