UP Board: The compartment examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 students under the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) are scheduled for July 28. Students registered for this exam have been awaiting their admit cards. Bringing relief to thousands of students, the Board has now released the admit cards ahead of the July 28 exam. The UP Board has advised school administrations and principals to download the hall tickets from the official website, upmsp.edu.in. Subsequently, students can collect their UP Board admit cards from their respective schools.

According to the Board's notice, school principals must download the hall tickets from the official website, sign them, and distribute them to the respective candidates. School officials will need to enter their user ID and password to access the hall tickets for the High School and Intermediate compartment exams. The compartment exam offers a second chance to students who could not clear one or more subjects in the main board exams, allowing them to continue their studies without losing an academic year.

The Board has already announced that the Class 10 High School improvement or compartment exam and the Class 12 Intermediate compartment exam will be held on July 28, 2026. According to reports, the Class 10 paper will take place from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, while the Class 12 exam is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. UPMSP has stated that the exams will be conducted at centers designated by the District Inspector of Schools at district headquarters. Students are advised to collect their admit cards from their schools as soon as possible and carefully verify all details before the day of the exam.

To ensure a malpractice-free UP Board compartment examination, armed police forces will be deployed at every center. Additionally, flying squads, sector magistrates, and zonal magistrates have been appointed to conduct surprise inspections. Officials have been instructed to ensure immediate action is taken if any irregularities are detected.
