UP B.Ed. Counselling 2026: When does counselling for UP B.Ed. admission begin? Find out which documents are required..
The results of the UP B.Ed. Joint Entrance Examination was released on June 16. Candidates who appeared for the exam can view their scorecards and ranks on the official website, bujhansi.co.in, using their registration numbers and passwords. Candidates who have qualified must now participate in the counseling process for admission to B.Ed. Colleges in Uttar Pradesh: both merit and counseling are essential for securing admission. Candidates will be able to select colleges based on their ranks, following which seat allocation will take place and the admission process will commence. Admission counseling is scheduled to begin on July 1.
Through this counseling process, successful candidates will secure admission for the 2026-28 session in government, government-aided, and private colleges affiliated with state universities in Uttar Pradesh. There are approximately 2,300 B.Ed. Colleges in the state, and the admission process will cover more than 2.40 lakh seats. Documents required for counseling

A total of 4,00,506 students appeared for the UP B.Ed. entrance exam this year, and 4,00,107 of them passed; this means ranks were issued to 99.9 percent of the students who took the exam. Vandana Singh from Aligarh topped the examination, securing 359.32 marks out of 400. Meanwhile, Nitin Pachauri from Aligarh secured the second spot with 352.66 points; Khushi from Jaunpur took third place with 349.32 points; Priya Patel from Varanasi ranked fourth with 341.99 points, and Pragati Tiwari, also from Varanasi, secured the fifth position with 340.66 points.
