When will the exam be held?

What is the procedure for the scribe facility?
Differently-abled candidates who requested the facility of a scribe from the Commission at the time of application will be provided this facility in accordance with the rules.
Candidates who opted to bring their own scribe must fill out and submit the relevant form (Appendix-4 or Appendix-5). Candidates bringing their own scribes must also submit two passport-sized photographs of the scribe, along with certificates or mark sheets verifying the scribe's educational qualifications.
It is mandatory to submit all required documents to the Commission's office 10 days before the date of the examination.
Candidates who have opted to have a scribe provided by the Commission must also submit the relevant certificates to the Commission within the prescribed timeframe.
The examination center for such candidates will be designated in Haridwar.
Candidates may meet the scribe provided by the Commission at the Commission's office two days before the examination.
For the examination scheduled for July 18, 2026, please ensure that all necessary certificates and documents are sent by post or other means to the Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar (PIN-249404) by July 8, 2026.
The subject of the scribe's educational qualification must be different from the post or subject for which the candidate has applied.
