**Exam dates**
The re-examination was conducted on September 9 and 10 across 454 exam centers. A total of 1,96,491 candidates registered for the NET re-examination, with 1,20,355 candidates actually appearing for the test. According to the notification issued by the NTA, a total of 824 candidates have been selected for JRF, 11,610 for Assistant Professor, and 23,154 for PhD through this NET examination.
