UGC NET June 2026: Another Opportunity to Apply for UGC NET June; Deadline Extended..
UGC NET June 2026 Registration Last Date: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline to apply for the UGC NET June 2026 examination. Candidates who were unable to submit their applications previously now have until May 23 to do so. The NTA has extended the application deadline to 10:00 AM on May 23.

The agency took this decision following persistent requests received from candidates. Candidates will now be able to apply until May 23, 2026. In a notice issued by the NTA, it was stated that the original application deadline was 11:50 PM on May 20, 2026, which has now been extended to 10:00 AM on May 23, 2026. Additionally, the deadline for submitting the examination fee has also been extended to 11:50 PM on May 23, 2026.
Furthermore, new dates for corrections in the application form have also been released. Candidates will now be able to make modifications to their application forms from May 25 to May 27, 2026, up until 11:50 PM.
