Apply Until November 7
Candidates can apply for the UGC NET December 2025 exam until November 7, 2025. Applications can be made online by visiting the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in. UGC NET is conducted to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor positions, and PhD admissions in universities and colleges. UGC NET is conducted for a total of 85 subjects.

How to Apply
First, visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The home page will open. Click on the Candidate Activity link at the bottom.
If applying for the first time, click on the New Registration link.
Register with your email address and mobile number.
The application form will open. Fill in your personal, educational, and exam-related information.
Upload your photograph, signature, and UDID (if applicable).
Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Corrections will be available from November 10th to 12th.
After the application process is complete, the NTA will process corrections to the application form. The application correction window will be open from November 10th to 12th. Candidates who wish to make corrections to their application form can do so during this period.
