Zilla Parishad Prathmik Shala, Jalindernagar, a primary school in Khed taluka, Maharashtra, has been declared the winner of the 2025 World's Best School Prize Community Choice Award, to be presented in London this week in the category of best school. The award was established by UK-based T4 Education in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to provide a platform for schools that are making a difference in the lives of students both in their classrooms and beyond.

Out of 50 schools listed in five categories of the World's Best School Prize in public voting, ZP Primary School, Jalandharnagar was declared the winner with the highest number of votes.
