The UP Special TET exam is tomorrow! Memorize these 5 rules before leaving home..
UP Special TET Exam Guidelines 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Special Teacher Eligibility Test (UP Special TET) is scheduled to be held tomorrow, November 3, 2026. To prevent any irregularities and ensure security at the examination centers, the commission has implemented very strict rules. If you are appearing for this exam tomorrow, please ensure you fully understand the exam guidelines; otherwise, you may be turned away from the examination center.
What are the rules for the UP Special TET exam?
Do not attempt to enter the examination center by showing an admit card (PDF) on your mobile phone. If you present a mobile or digital version of your admit card, you will be denied entry. You must carry a hard copy of your admit card.
To verify your identity at the examination center, you must carry an original government-issued ID proof—such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID card—along with your admit card. Also, keep a recent passport-size photograph with you.
When should you arrive at the examination center?
Ensure you reach your designated center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the exam.
As there may be crowding due to final-stage security checks (involving metal detectors and biometrics), please leave home with ample time to spare.
Where is the examination being held?
The examination is being conducted across 6 major divisional headquarters (cities) in Uttar Pradesh. Check the address of your examination center—as mentioned on your admit card—on Google Maps today, so that you do not waste time finding your way tomorrow.
